In 2024, Jumping Mechelen and EventPay joined forces to optimize the payment experience for visitors. With a setup of around 40 desktop POS systems, 80 mobile POS devices, 20 printers, and hundreds of QR codes for VIP tables, a seamless and efficient service was guaranteed. In addition, 3 unattended top-up stations were available, allowing visitors to easily add credit using a bank card or cash.
In collaboration with EventPay, Jumping Mechelen introduced a dedicated “Jumping Mechelen” card. This card functioned as a digital voucher with added benefits, such as refund options, expense tracking, access to timetables, and more.
A key advantage of the solution is its ease of use: visitors do not need to download an app or register to top up their card or place orders. This ensures a smooth and barrier-free experience for all.
