About the vacancy
We are looking for a driven (freelance) Allround Staff Member to strengthen our team. Do you enjoy bringing order to chaos? Are you an administrative all-rounder who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves? Then this role might be perfect for you!
What will you do?
You will be responsible for deploying hardware to our clients, enabling them to optimize their payment flow at events. You will also handle the associated administrative processes, support your colleagues, and communicate with the right stakeholders. This includes:
Administration
- Managing preparatory administrative processes.
- Working closely with the Customer Success Manager to align with client needs.
Coordination
- Organizing and executing setup activities according to the established planning.
- Leading and motivating the setup and breakdown team.
- Ensuring all hardware is fully prepared and ready for use by our clients.
Innovation
- Making your mark on existing workflows and actively looking for ways to optimize operational processes such as setup and breakdown schedules, material management, etc.
Requirements
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You work well with others and are confident enough to lead and support team members efficiently.
- You see obstacles and challenges as opportunities to grow.
- Accidents hurt, safety doesn’t… — you have knowledge of safety and logistical processes in an operational environment.
- Flexibility is your middle name. You don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality and stay calm under pressure.
- Technical insight is a plus.
