How does the integration with EventPay work?

 

The Borro software is fully integrated with EventPay. Simply plug in the scanner’s USB stick, and the system is ready to use. For mobile devices, the built-in camera is used.

 

EventPay shares all necessary data with the Borro platform, ensuring that the deposit is automatically refunded as soon as the items are returned.

At football club Lyra Lierse, EventPay and Borro work together to create a fully closed-loop system for managing deposits on reusable cups. During the purchase, the cup is linked to the visitor’s order via QR scanning.

 

When the cup is returned, the QR code is scanned and the deposit is automatically refunded to the visitor’s account.

 

This prevents fraud, reduces transaction and staffing costs, and enhances the visitor experience by shortening waiting times and eliminating the need for a separate app.
