Pop-up Zanzibar was one of the first users of the EventPay software in 2019 and has remained a loyal customer ever since. This summer bar, which attracts around 50,000 visitors each year, relies on EventPay for an efficient and reliable payment experience.
The setup includes a combination of around 40 mobile devices, 5 printers, a fully integrated inventory management system, and, more recently, convenient top-up stations. This ensures smooth transaction processing, even during peak moments.
Each summer, as many as 10,000 “Zanzibar wallets” are put into circulation. These wallets allow visitors to pay easily and securely at the summer bar.
To further enhance the experience, an integration with Tickoweb was implemented. Tickoweb is used to visually manage and book the skybox area. In addition, around 15 ticketed events were supported through Tickoweb, with seamless integration into EventPay.
