Since 2023, Genk On Stage and EventPay have been working together to deliver an efficient and user-friendly payment experience for visitors of this popular city festival. With a collaboration involving around 40 vendors and hospitality partners, EventPay ensures seamless integration of all payment transactions.
A key advantage of the EventPay solution is the ability to refund money directly to the customer’s bank card. In addition, there is a smart integration with the City of Genk’s loyalty card, the “Doe Es Genk” card, allowing visitors to fully benefit from their perks.
Genk On Stage benefits from extensive reporting, providing insights into revenue, popular products, and other key data. This enables the organization to continuously optimize the festival.
A notable collaboration is with Goodless, which uses EventPay’s intelligent stock management system. This allows cup inventory to be closely monitored and enables timely responses to shortages or surpluses.
The EventPay solution is implemented across the entire city center of Genk, allowing visitors to pay easily and securely wherever they are.
In 2024, the organization of Genk On Stage was further strengthened by the expertise of MRSHL in Food & Beverage. They worked closely alongside the team, sharing their knowledge to make F&B operations even smoother and more efficient. For both Genk On Stage and EventPay, this marked a first and positive collaboration with MRSHL.
